Steel Galvanised Plate- Double channel 90* corner

If your garden project is for a low wall ( up to x5 sleepers or 1000mm above ground ) our new STEEL GALVANISED PLATE RANGE could be the perfect, and affordable option.

Each individual channel is formed from 2mm steel galvanised plate, with a channel 40mm deep x 105mm wide – perfect for 100mm or 4 inch standard sleepers.

The 90* bends add the required strength to each single  channel – which are then fabricated with our specialist industrial fasteners creating a SINGLE CHANNEL END POST, A DOUBLE CHANNEL “INTERMEDIATE” POST AND A 90* DOUBLE CHANNEL CORNER POST .

Available in lengths 800mm , 1000mm , 1200mm, 1400mm & 1600mm

This range is perfect if you have a low wall, they are our best value entry range and yet retain the sleek and sophisticated look with curved radius corners and only 40mm deep channels  , they are also easy to work with as they weigh only 3kg per metre per single channel.

Very simple to install,  simply dig out a hole at appx 200mm radius to the required depth, set the posts level and upright and secure with post mix or similar – QUICK TIP , pour only ¼ of a bag postmix  to hold the post secure and double check it is upright and level before emptying the rest of the bag and setting the post
